Marc Goyette:

As a retired executive, with over 40 years of management experience, who has started and helped grow a number of startup, growth and public companies he can provide a sounding board for your ideas, help you build a meaningful business plan, and accelerate the growth of your company.
He retired from full time work in 2020 as chief operating officer for an AI Platform company. Today is using his experience to help other entrepreneurs who are looking for someone to help them develop their business plans, improve their financial planning and management, enhance the quality of their teams, and optimize their operational performance.

At Seattle Mentoring LLC, My wife and I are both retired and love helping entrepreneurs grow and meet their aspirational goals. We started an executive search business in 1993 that grew to 30 employees and placed officer and chief officer level executives in companies like AT&T and Sprint PCS. Before that, I was the CFO and then promoted to President of a company that was ranked #9 in the INC 100 fastest growing public companies in America.

Margo has an MBA in Marketing, and is a Co-Founder of ROI International offering executive retained search for companies like AT&T Wireless, Sprint PCS, and a number of smaller wireless clients. She led the team that identified and recruited candidates for our clients at the Director, Officer and Chief Officer levels for a number of clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
