- Due to the nature of our work with multiple clients, we must adhere to the following strict policy, and acceptance of our service terms acknowledges this condition:
- Conflict Waiver: We work with clients who have diverse business models, some of which may overlap or be similar to the ideas or opportunities you are pursuing.
- No NDAs: We are unable to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) that restrict our future business activities or client relationships.
- Company Actions: Our company may pursue, advise, or accept other clients who are pursuing ideas or opportunities that might be similar to or conflict with those of any existing client, including yours.
