Tier 2 Clients: Free Mentoring

Most startups have to watch their money very carefully. We know it's hard to find more. Pricing for our Tier 2 Clients is very simple. It's free for as long as we both want to work together. We offer one hour of free mentoring a month. Once you are accepted as a client you simply schedule yourself and we meet over google meet for any topics you want to work on. At each meeting we have an agenda, you set some goals for yourself, and the next meeting we discuss your progress on those goals. We limit ourselves to no more than ten Tier 2 clients at a time. We consider it our community service volunteer work.
Tier 1 Clients: Fractional CFO
We only take two Tier 1 clients a year and in all cases they are companies that will need more money than they can self-fund. We only consider Tier 2 clients we have been working with for at least 3 months and that have accomplished more work than they promised each month. All of our Tier 1 Clients are registered C Corporations and we are paid for our work in equity. We only make money if you have an exit event for your investors so we are very careful to limit this level of service to those companies we are confident can achieve an exit for their investors within 5 years. Our goal is to be the CFO everyone dreams about. Someone with broad business experience in every area the existing co founders are lacking and that will be credible to potential investors or banks. But our equity in your company would be much less than a co founder. We work up to 8 hours a week for each Tier 1 client and only on those tasks that the CEO wants us to work on.
